These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Pure Serenity Soap, a small business based in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All our soaps are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, shape, weight, or scent may occur. Prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via our website. We accept payments through Mollie (including iDEAL, credit cards, and other supported methods). Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the EU. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days, unless a particular soap is out of stock, in which case delivery will be delayed while making a new batch of soap. Delivery times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To initiate a return, contact us at . Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Liability & Allergies

Our soaps are made with natural ingredients and essential oils. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the ingredient list for potential allergens before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

We respect your privacy and only collect the necessary personal data to process orders. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment and shipping.

8. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, we encourage customers to contact us first. If necessary, disputes may be settled through the Dutch legal system.
